Raised in an Irish/Italian family, storytelling was part of life. Welcome to Reflections where you can find writing across genres; there are pieces of poetry, tidbits of theatre, bits of blogging, captivating children's books and a sexy television project about ready to launch.

I'm a working writer as well as a performer, teacher and lover of everything Italian! My clients range from established psychologists to yoga to start-ups. My articles and copy is both online and in newspapers and magazines. 

I also tossed in a bit of yoga info. Yoga? Random right? Not really. Yoga informs my writing, it clears my mind chatter. I can  dive head first into my imagination after a little down dog.

In addition, I teach African dance, which I've studied since the early nineties. Like yoga, it is steeped in tradition and full of connection to self and others. A few years back, I decided to toss all three of my loves together as they blended beautifully in classes, workshops, and retreats.
